The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) became law in the UK on 25th May 2018, replacing the Data Protection Act (DPA). You will be updated with information regarding the new DUAA regulations that were passed into law in 2025. It aims to increase privacy rights for individuals while at the same time increasing the responsibility of organisations handling personal data.
