Breaking News!Freedom for Gaza Flotilla 2023 is coming to Bristol Harbour in July. Keep these dates in your calendars and look out for for connected events.
The good ship Handala is expected to dock in Bristol on 10 July and stay with us until 19 July.
The key objectives for the Flotilla 2023 are:
1. To end Israel’s illegal and inhumane blockade of Gaza, in line with the universal right to freedom of movement. Demand that Israel must allow children to travel freely, including to access medical care, study or visit relatives outside Gaza.
2. To challenge and end our governments' and many corporations' (including media) complicity in supporting the Israeli blockade, Occupation and Apartheid, which systematically deny rights of children and other Palestinians.
3. To affirm all the political, social, economic, cultural, civil and human rights of the Palestinian people, including the Right of Return, through active political solidarity, not charity.
