Run Categories & Registration :
2 KM Happy Earth Run (Ages 6–10 years) Fee: ₹499
3 KM Blue Earth Run (10 Years & Above) Fee: ₹599
5 KM Green Earth Run (13 Years & Above) Fee: ₹799
10 KM Sustainable Earth Run (16 Years & Above) Fee: ₹999
All registered participants will receive: A Running Kit that will include a Customised Event T-Shirt, Water Sipper, Bib with Timer Chip, Finisher Medal, Certificate, & Refreshments. Winners will be awarded attractive cash prizes in several categories, including: All Runners, Special Appreciation for Girl Child & Exceptional Performance (Senior Citizens & Special Needs).
Prizes range from ₹1,000 to ₹10,000 depending on the category and position.GATI is more than a race. • Participation is voluntary and involves physical activity. Participants take part at their own risk.
• Parents/guardians certify that the participant is physically and medically fit to take part in the event and has no known medical condition that would prevent safe participation. Medical advice should be sought if required prior to participation.
• The school, management, organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and medical staff will not be held responsible for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or accident occurring before, during, or after the event.
• Participants assume all risks related to the event, including falls, collisions, weather conditions, uneven surfaces, fatigue, dehydration, or any unforeseen circumstances.
• Participants must follow all instructions given by teachers, volunteers, officials, and medical personnel. The school reserves the right to stop or refuse participation at any stage for safety or disciplinary reasons.
• The school reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, or cancel the event due to weather, safety, or administrative reasons or any unforeseen circumstances.
• In case of cancellation of the event due to reasons beyond our control, alternate options will be offered to registrants to participate in our upcoming events or a refund excluding transaction charges will be issued.
• Registration once completed is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Participants (and parents/guardians) on registration confirm to grant permission to the school to provide emergency medical assistance if required during the event and agree to bear any related medical expenses.
• Participants permit the school to use photographs or videos taken during the event for official and promotional purposes.
• Finisher medals, certificates, T-shirts, or awards (if applicable) will be provided only to registered participants as per school guidelines. Prizes and awards are subject to eligibility rules and organizer decisions
• Use of personal audio devices, bicycles, scooters, or similar equipment on the route is prohibited unless otherwise specified.
• Littering, abusive behaviour, or violations of local regulations may result in disqualification.
• Registered participants who do not attend the event are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
By registering, participants and parents/guardians agree to all the above terms and conditions.
