About this Event
An invitation to come together to dream Circlewise into wider being through a community circle.
We warmly invite you who are interested in, involved with, or who care about what we are nurturing at Circlewise to join us for a council circle and community consultation/visioning process. This is an opportunity to dream into our shared future, to listen for what is emerging and to sense how Circlewise may grow into its next expression.
This gathering will be a heart-centred circle where we can speak honestly, listen deeply, and be supported to vision both the collective whole and our own place within it.
It is a rare and precious opportunity to come together, to reconnect, to be updated on where we are, and to explore where we are being called to move next in what we offer. This is a time to honour the joys, the challenges, and the mysteries of bringing this work into the world, and to share our interests, hopes, and sense of how we might each be part of the Circlewise way forward.
We will also take this opportunity to take some photos, create some videos and maybe record some interviews for our new website to help encourage others to join and engage with our work.
As part of the day, we would like to experiment with a community consultation process. We will invite different members of our community to sit in the place of various roles within the organisation, representing and speaking from these roles in the circle whilst holding the future of Circlewise in our hearts. Using an adaptation of the Council of All Beings, we will facilitate a process that allows the deeper voice of the work to be heard.
A shared meal will be provided after the afternoon session and before the evening circle. There may be a follow-on gathering to complete the process if needed.
Let us make gathering in circle to support one another part of our norm, practising what we offer, and living the values at the heart of coucil.

We welcome everyone as they are. With each persons wisdom, doubts, knowledge, confusion, questions and revelations into this sacred space, along with anything else you may bring.
There is a beauty and power that comes from sitting in circle, whether you are a total novice or someone for whom this is a regular practice. It creates feelings of belonging, of support and nourishment. It encourages reflection and insight. And often, when we are deeply heard, what we say can reveal something profound – both to others and to ourselves.

Circlewise is a service that provides facilitated listening circles and the way of council training to community members, organisation's and those working in education. They are committed to supporting individuals, groups, schools and the community by building life skills in communication and empathy through circle practices.
