An evening designed to bring you back into connection with yourself, your body, and the community around you.
We gather in the energy of spring’s expansion not just to manifest more, but to refine what is actually meant for you.
This is where the early sparks of the season become grounded, embodied, and real.
Through a guided cacao ceremony and intentional breathwork, we’ll open the body, soften the mind, and create space to:
- reconnect to what’s truly growing within you
- gain clarity on what is ready to be lived (not just imagined)
- release pressure, overwhelm, and the need to “do it all”
- learn how to expand without burning yourself out
This is not about pushing harder.
This is about moving smarter, softer, and more in tune with your energy.
