In honor of Women's History Month, Gather and Grow is an inclusive experience focused on wellness, connection and personal expression. Through wellness session with Grounded and Liberation Workshop session with Author, Christine Platt. Participants will explore practices that encourage presence, clarity and confidence based on her book, Less is Liberation: Finding Freedom from a Life of Overwhelm. Join us to slow down, connect with others and leave feeling "Grounded" and inspired.
Christine Platt is a writer and wellness strategist whose work centers the journeys of personal and collective liberation—inviting individuals and organizations to reassess, release, and reimagine the narratives that shape our lives. As the founder of Everyday Freedom Collective, Christine’s expansive body of work is anchored by an empowering throughline: understanding and achieving liberation as a lifestyle. From her national bestseller, The Afrominimalist’s Guide to Living With Less, to her latest title, Less Is Liberation: Finding Freedom From a Life of Overwhelm, with each book Christine affirms what she knows to be true: liberation is not a destination—it's a lifestyle.

These free programs carry forward ACM’s program scope which fosters creativity, learning, and connection. Whether exploring history, or engaging in dialogue, you’ll discover meaningful opportunities to learn, share, and grow with neighbors of all ages.
ACM Beyond the Exhibition ensures that even while our gallery is closed, the spirit of community and engagement remains open to all.
