Gaslamp Theatre is returning to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival! After our successful run with Not of an Age in 2022, we have once again teamed up with the good folks at PBH's Free Fringe to bring you a brand new play, 'Amlet: The Geezer.Written by Gaslamp Artistic Director Michael Cartledge and starring them alongside Iain Cameron, 'Amlet the Geezer is a new comedy about a pompous Shakespearean actor and a foul-mouthed cockney gangster film director who are forced to work together on a one-man production of Hamlet. A one-man show, ruined by one-man (which one is entirely up to you), we invite you to come and see Shakespeare as you've never seen (or perhaps wanted to see) it before.
'Amlet: The Geezer will be performing from the 5th-9th August, 16:00-17:00 at The Street (Venue 239). As with all PBH's Free Fringe shows, entry is free, but donations are always welcome.
