About this Event
Join our monthly tributes to our fallen heroes in our new Hero WOD series. These workouts will be held at SgtMaj Porter Field on MCB Hawaii, Kaneohe at 0900 on the last Saturdays of the month. Free to participate.
For June 2024, we honor five fallen Marines: Capt. Nicholas P. Losapio (31), Capt. John J. Sax (33), Cpl. Nathan E. Carlson (21), Cpl. Seth D. Rasmuson (21), and LCpl Evan A. Strickland (19) of VMM-364; who died on June 8, 2022.
G.A.S. WOD:
5 Rounds for time (1 round for each Marine):
- 11 Bear Complexes (1 power clean, 1 Front Squat, 1 Push Press, 1 Back Squat, 1 Push Press)
- 22 Box Jumps
- 346 Meter Row
*11 is for their call sign, Swift 11; 22 is for the MV-22 Osprey aircraft; 346 is for VMM-364
Registration is recommend but walk-ins are welcome also.
