A recognized expert on Scottish and Celtic history and culture, as well as an ever popular instructor and performer at the Celtic Arts Winter School, we're especially pleased to offer a Scottish Smallpipes Workshop with Dr. Gary West on Saturday, December 6th!The 3-hour workshop will run from 9am to 12pm with a short break. Cost for the workshop is $65 ($60 for CAF members), and its focus is on Scottish Smallpipes tunes. There will be some focus on repertoire, but also touch on tuning, performance preparation, and delivery, along with playing with other instruments.
Gary is also presenting a lecture, hosting a session, and offering more fun events during his visit.
