Chef Rafael Ortiz, hailing from Tampico, Mexico, embarked on an awe-inspiring journey that began as a Prep-Cook and rapidly evolved into the esteemed role of a Chef. After receiving prestigious honors from the renowned Le Cordon Bleu Institute, Chef Ortiz's path has been graced with incredible experiences, including collaborating on TV shows for the Food Network, private chef work for actors and the former President of Mexico, and contributing his expertise during the electrifying Super Bowl in Houston for the NFL Team Atlanta Falcons. Recently, Chef Rafael Ortiz had the extraordinary honor of crafting culinary delights for Houston's esteemed Mayor, Mr. Sylvester Turner, igniting his ambition to leave an indelible mark in the culinary arts of Houston, Texas.
