About this Event
Join us for the first class of a new year-long gardening series that guides you through every season of growing your own food at home! From planning and planting to harvesting and soil care, you'll gain practical hands-on skills and confidence to grow fresh, healthy produce all year long.
We will meet in the Environmental Education and Resiliency Center in Field 1 of Hempstead Lake State Park. $4 per person upon arrival at the front desk. No parking fees in effect. Reservations are required for all programs. Space is limited. If you are unable to keep your reservation, please cancel so others may have the opportunity to attend. Please try to arrive at least 15 minutes early.
