Gardeners Stretch Workshop!
Spring is here; which means more time outside, more yard work… and for a lot of people, more back pain, tight hips, sore shoulders and hands.
We are changing that!
Join us for a hands-on workshop designed specifically for anyone who loves to garden (or just has to keep up with yard work). We’ll walk you through how to move smarter while you’re out there...so you’re not paying for it later.
We are covering:
- How to protect your back while bending, lifting, and weeding
- Better positioning for planting, pruning, and mulching
- The most common movement mistakes people make while gardening
- Quick, effective stretches to do after you’re done so you’re not waking up stiff the next day
You’ll leave with practical tools you can actually use the next time you’re outside, plus a short stretch routine you can repeat all season long!
Who it’s for:
Anyone who gardens, does yard work, or finds themselves sore after a day outside.
