Garden Yoga with HuiYing
Hi, I’m Huiying, currently completing my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTTC). With a few years of personal practice, yoga has become a grounding space for me through daily life and stress.
Join me for a Slow Morning Reset in Nature. Start your Saturday morning with movement, breath, and fresh air. This small-group outdoor yoga session is designed to help you slow down, release stress, and reconnect with yourself — surrounded by greenery and open sky.

🧘♀️ What We’ll Practise
This is a gentle, beginner-friendly Hatha-style session focusing on:
- Slow grounding flow
- Breathwork for stress regulation
- Simple standing and seated postures
- A longer, relaxing Savasana
Suitable for:
- Complete beginners
- Anyone feeling stressed or mentally tired
- Those wanting a slower, calming practice
- Outdoor lovers 🌿
🎒 Bring Along
- Yoga mat
- Water bottle
- Towel
- Sunscreen / cap
- Comfortable clothes (or socks)
- Wet tissues

🌿 How to get to our Garden Yoga spot 🌿
1️⃣ Align at Boon Lay MRT Exit B and walk straight along the sheltered pathway.
2️⃣ Keep left until you spot the overhead bridge.
3️⃣ Head up using the stairs or lift to cross over.
4️⃣ When you see the red tower clock, take the left slope down.
5️⃣ Walk into the park (you'll walk pass a playground - cut across the field) — we’re at the right upper corner near the park toilet🌳
