Garden Yoga: Movement, Breath & Meditation in Nature
Reconnect with your body, breath, and the natural world in this outdoor summer series. Join Nikki Oort for Garden Yoga, a gentle, practice that weaves together mindful movement, breath-work, and meditation, all supported by the calming presence of Mother Nature.
Each class offers an opportunity to slow down, release tension, and build a deeper sense of awareness and ease, whether you're new to yoga or have an established practice. Sessions are designed to be accessible, inclusive, and adaptable to all bodies and experience levels.
Nikki is a CYA 500hr Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with a trauma-informed approach and is currently completing her practicum in a Yoga Trauma Informed Therapy Diploma. Her teaching emphasizes safety, choice, and connection, creating a welcoming space for all participants.
Come as you are, breathe deeply, and let nature support your practice.
Classes are weather dependent.
Classes run on Thursdays at 7pm starting June 4th (pushed from May 28th)
Community League Member* = $12/class
* must have a valid community league membership (any league).
Non-Member = $15/class
