Stop by and spend the morning in a lovely native plant garden with us!
Our Plants for Birds Director, Laurie Gilmore, and several volunteers will host our first public event at the Garden from 9:30 -11:00 AM. We’ll provide some light refreshments so you can wander the garden and enjoy a cup of coffee.
The Garden Team will provide tours of the garden to:
• Highlight Nick Freeman’s February 12 SJRA On-line presentation about designing native plant gardens.
• Provide information on specific plants and groupings that are being used in the Garden;
• Show how we maintained the garden over the winter and how we will begin spring maintenance.
• Discuss the new plantings being installed in March and April.
You should be able to find parking at the City of St. Augustine’s parking facility by the Visitors Information Center.
