Garden Paths is a sound journey inspired by this feeling of gentle wandering and quiet wonder.
As layers of resonant sound unfold throughout the evening, participants are invited to rest comfortably and allow the nervous system to soften. Like a slow walk through a summer garden, this experience creates space to notice, breathe, and reconnect with a sense of openness and ease.
There is nowhere to get to. Nothing to accomplish. Just space to settle into the richness of the season and experience the calm that comes when we stop hurrying ourselves forward.
No experience with meditation or sound healing is needed. Simply come as you are.
