Chef Lauren Covas is a Portuguese-American celebrity chef, New Jersey-based culinary personality, and two-time Food Network champion known for bringing elevated, approachable cooking into the heart of the home. ☀️🌸🎵This fundraiser cocktail event will feature a beautiful summer evening in the garden with live entertainment, seasonal food by Chef Lauren Covas, cocktails, and great company, all while supporting JBJ Soul Kitchen’s mission to address food insecurity in our community.
Guests will enjoy passed hors d’oeuvres including lobster rolls, chicken tandoori skewers, wild mushroom arancini, meatballs & ricotta, goat cheese bruschetta, crab cakes with lemon caper aioli. The evening will also feature a beautiful grazing table with antipasti, artisan cheeses, seasonal vegetables & dips, rustic breads & spreads, along with desserts including Pastéis de Nata, brownie bites, cupcakes, and assorted cookies. 🍗🦞🍢🧀
