EVENT OVERVIEW The Annual Garden Party will be held Saturday, April 18th from 10am to 2pm at SGE. Families can purchase bundles of tickets to participate in activities such as games, crafts, raffles and much more. Available for purchase will be food, beverages and baked goods. There will also be a silent auction with amazing items to bid on! Please help us by donating concessions and silent auction items, or volunteering to help with the event.
WAYS TO DONATE The Concessions committee is asking for donations of baked goods, candy, drinks and chips.

VOLUNTEER TO HELP The Garden Party only operates successfully with the help from our amazing SGE families. We need both adult and student volunteers for the event. Please consider volunteering for a few hours for either Friday setup or Saturday (two shifts). You can volunteer and still have PLENTY of time to enjoy the activities with your family!
Adult volunteers will receive a FREE bundle of tickets, but MUST be volunteer trained to participate. (Volunteer training: https://www.carrollk12.org/operation/human-resources/volunteer-program)
Students are eligible to receive service hours for their help. Students volunteering for both Saturday shifts will receive a lunch voucher. Student volunteer slots are for Middle & High School students only. Click below to view the Volunteer Sign-Up.
