Garden Fest 2026 is a day packed with gardening workshops, nature lectures, and hands-on environmental activities! Pet farmyard animals, make chia pets with our mobile library Rover, hunt for fairies, participate in a plant swap, arrange flowers with professional florists, learn beekeeping from local beekeepers, discover foraging techniques, and enjoy so much more!
Highlights of this free garden festival include a Poetry Walk at 9am, interactive Scavenger Hunt, Plant Swap for local gardeners, Expert Beekeeping Lectures, Birding & Foraging Demonstrations, Flower Crafts & Dried Flower Papermaking, Community Mural Art Project, Children's Storytime, Petting Zoo, and new gardening activities being added regularly!
