Refreshments and lunch will be provided (please let us know if you have any dietary requirements in the booking process).
Please note that part of the workshop will be held inside Branklyn House, there are six steps to negotiate to access the interior of the house and the practical element in the afternoon involves negotiating narrow paths and garden steps.
WORKSHOP FORMAT
Ray will provide a digital presentation in the morning covering the main theory and techniques relevant to garden and plant photography.
In the afternoon participants will be given the chance to put what they’ve learnt into practice by taking their cameras into the garden.
Participants will select their favourite photos from the practical session which will be uploaded onto the laptop and shown to the whole group in a discussion/analysis session.
For a bit of fun, participants will be asked to vote for what they consider the best photos of the day. A prize will be awarded for the winning photos.
The day will close with a final Question & Answer session.
