Ganbatte Pride WOD 2024
Come join us at Ganbatte Fitness for a special event celebrating Pride! Get ready to sweat and show your support for the LGBTQ+ community. Our WOD (Workout of the Day) will challenge you physically and mentally, and the playlist is gauranteed to get you dancing... all fitness levels are welcome!
This year we are honored to be raising money and awareness for APAIT which stands for Access to Prevention, Advocacy, Intervention, and Treatment. Their mission is to advocate, educate, and achieve optimal health and well-being for vulnerable communities. They have been one of the most active and impactful organizations for people living with HIV and/or in under served communities, particularly the LGBTQ+ community in LA since 1987.
