Join us for a fun and exciting cooking event on February 23! We are hosting a Wild Game Culinary event where you can learn tips and techniques for preparing your locally harvested favourites. Our experts will guide you through the process of creating three delicious dishes before you sit down to eat what you've made.
What's on the menu? Dishes are subject to change due to game availability, but Venison Marsala is at the top of our wish list.
Bison Bourguignon is a dish filled with seasonal vegetables and a thick and hearty gravy.
Succulent Elk Tenderloin with our signature mushroom sauce will be plated with garlic mashed potato and roasted vegetables.
