Garlic is an essential ingredient in any kitchen so let's learn how it's grown, harvested, and stored for use all winter long.
What's on our menu?
Garlic Confit is slowly roasted to soften and mellow each garlic bulb, making it perfect to squish onto a toasted crostini.
Two vegetables that are available all year round are Spinach and Mushrooms, so we'll work with each to create a quick a memorable side dish to accompany your favourite meats or pasta.
Honey Garlic Chicken with homemade sauce will become a weekly favourite, especially when they're paired with our Spicy Chili Garlic Noodles.
