Join artist Doug Safranek for a special gallery talk exploring Conduit: Doug Safranek and the World Mother Storytelling Project exhibition. This informal talk offers a chance to hear directly from the artist as he shares insights into the creative process behind the portraits on display.
About the Artist
Doug Safranek, originally from Spokane, is a master egg tempera painter and the artistic force behind Conduit. He studied at Boston College and Gonzaga University before earning his MFA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he began his lifelong dedication tot he demanding discipline of egg tempera.
