Galentines Sound Bath

Join us at RE:TREAT for a Galentine's sound bath experience created especially for friends who want to rest, reconnect and share something meaningful together. This one hour group sound bath session blends deep relaxation with a sense of celebration.

Designed as a more luxurious edition of our regular sound baths, this session invites you to slow your breath, soften your body and settle into calm alongside people you feel safe with. Using crystal singing bowls, grounding sound frequencies and a guided Reiki meditation the practice gently guides the nervous system into a state of rest, helping release stress, quiet the mind and restore balance.

Each guest will also recieve a curated wellbeing gift bag to take home. This is a continuation of the ritual, a thoughtful collection of items chosen to help you carry the sense of calm and care into your everyday life.

1) Please arrive on time. Doors will be open at 7:00pm for a 7:05pm start, please wait in the hallway for the doors to open. Unfortunately, if you are more than 10 minutes late, you will not be permitted to the session (I am unable to issue a refund for lateness)

2) If you have a persistent cough or you're showing any , please DO NOT attend the session. We reserve the right to refuse entry. You can pass on your ticket to family or friends as we can't offer last minute refunds. See our cancellation policy below.

3) Please wait in the seating area located ouside of the studio. Doors will be open at 7:00pm for a 7:05pm start. There are changing rooms available at the venue

4) Clothing: Please wear comfortable, warm clothing

5) This session is not suitable for people with pacemakers and other therapeutic electronic devices or persons suffering from severe mental health issues, epilepsy, vertigo, high blood pressure ir hypertension due to the vibratory nature of the session. These sessions are not suitable for 1st Trimester Pregnancy. If you are pregnant you will be attending at your own discression. Please seek advice from your GP if you have any concerns prior to attending our session.

6)By attending this session you confirm that you have read all of the above and are attending at your own discression. If you have any health concerns, you have confimed with your GP that it is safe for you to attend this session.

Please note there will be some content taken during the session.

All tickets are non-refundable. Due to being a small business, I am unable to facilitate refunds at this time. You are welcome to pass on your ticket to a friend, colleague or family member. Tickets are tranferrable to another session up to 24 hours before the session. Please send me an email to rearrange your session if you are no longer able to make it.
