Start your evening by being serenaded with live violin music by the beautiful and talented Kimberli Hansen, while you mingle and enjoy a VIP shopping experience at the classiest and most beautiful (pretty in pink) boutique, Retro Vixen where you will have the opportunity to browse and shop with an exclusive10% discount. Arrive for circle no later than 6:45 to get your cup of hot Tantric Rose Blossom Cacao and settle in for a beautiful sacred ceremony that will connect you to your heart and help you give and receive love. You will leave feeling Love and gratitude!

Details to know
- You need to be there by 6:45, no will be allowed in after 7:00 It will end around 9:00
- Parking Can be found along 39th street
- You will be sitting and laying on the floor for most of the time bring items to help you get comfy.
- Even though Breathwork is very safe, you will need to sign a waiver before participating. - It will be emailed.
- What to wear: Our theme is Galentines so pinks, reds, hearts and anything that makes you feel fabulous! But also stretchy, comfy pants are great since we will be on the floor.
What to bring:
- Wear comfy, layered clothes. You may get hot or cold.
- yoga mat
- blanket to cover up with
- pillow
- A journal and pen.
- Water to drink.
- Eye mask (optional but nice to have).

About Breathwork:

Inthis mini session we will combine Curated music, conscious breathing techniques and breath holds, and meditation to guide you through inner exploration that can lead to a non-ordinary state of consciousness.

Note About Medical and Psychiatric Contraindications for a Breathwork Journey:
Breathwork is a very safe and effective modality with just a few possible contraindications. Please check with your doctor if you have any of these conditions prior to participating in a breathwork journey: cardiovascular disease, untreated high blood pressure, history of strokes or seizures, epilepsy, brain or abdominal aneurysms, uncontrolled diabetes, thyroid conditions, detached retina, high eye pressure, glaucoma, pregnancy, severe COPD or lung complications, schizophrenia, extreme PTSD or are recovering from surgery.
About Cacao:
Ceremonial Cacao is the pure form of chocolate. It's considered a heart opener and used in Ceremony because it's components generate a feeling of Bliss which allows heart connection and emotional release. It offers a naturally decadent taste with potent antioxidants and a history of being treasured by ancient civilizations for its unique qualities. It is a super food and very good for your body. It does not taste like chocolate! It has a bit of a bitter flavor and is a very thick drink ( I recommend bringing a bottle of water)
This Cacao is even more special because it has been enhanced with freshly ground rose petals, Damiana: An Ancient Aphrodisiac, Orange Peel, and Licorice
