Galentine's Day Yoga & Bubbles

We will start with a gentle 60 minute yoga flow and then enter a divine 15 minute yoga sleep. Think gentle flows, loads of stretching and even more resting.

After class we will then relax in our retro-inspired client lounge for a glass of bubbles, tea, healthy treats and joyful chatter.
