Galentine's Day Wellness Brunch with Be.WELL. Psychotherapy & Wellness

Be.WELL. Psychotherapy & Wellness is hosting a warm, community-centered Galentine’s Day Wellness Brunch to celebrate women, support local women-owned businesses, and introduce the launch of our new Wellness Branch. Designed as an intentionally intimate gathering, the event focuses on connection, restorative wellbeing, and accessible mind-body practices.

Panel Discussion

Panelists will include 4 additional women-owned or wellness-focused businesses, including one of our BeWELL therapists & acupuncturist as well as a local physical therapist and business owner. Topics may center around restorative wellness, mind-body connection, women’s community care, or sustainable wellbeing routines.

Marketplace

A small marketplace (2-3 local vendors) featuring micro-booths and services from local women-owned vendors. Guests can explore offerings, meet practitioners, and receive mini wellness services.

This is a ticketed event. The available tickets are:

• Tier 1 ($45) includes: Light Breakfast, Panel, Shop the Wellness Marketplace, Swag Bag filled with wellness goodies & Lunch. With a Tier 1 ticket you also be automatically entered into our raffle for a chance to win a gift card for one of our new Wellness Services at Be.WELL. - acupuncture, breathwork or reiki!
