Celebrate the magic of sisterhood, self-love, and meaningful connection at Galentine’s Glow: Flow + Friendship, a heart-opening wellness gathering designed to bring women together through movement, breath, and shared presence.
This class is guided by Katie Rose (Owner of Yoga In Beautiful Places) M.A.Ed., RYT-500, SUP Yoga, Sound Healing + Meditation.

This 90-minute morning blends gentle, uplifting yoga with soulful meditation, simple friendship-building rituals, and a restorative sound bath. It’s an invitation to soften, to reconnect with your inner glow, and to feel supported by the women around you. Whether you arrive with your best friends or come solo to expand your circle, you’ll be held in a space of warmth, joy, and genuine connection.
