Valentine’s Day Beach Yoga: Flow with Love

Join us for a Valentine’s Day yoga flow set against the calming backdrop of the ocean. This all-levels class blends gentle movement, breathwork, and mindful moments designed to help you soften, open your heart, and reconnect—whether you arrive solo, with your partner, or alongside your bestie.
This class is guided by Katie Rose (Owner of Yoga In Beautiful Places) M.A.Ed., RYT-500, SUP Yoga, Sound Healing + Meditation.
$20 Drop-In
We’ll move through a feel-good flow focused on gratitude, self-love, and connection, followed by a grounding relaxation as the waves roll in. Expect a welcoming, uplifting atmosphere that leaves you feeling relaxed, supported, and full of love.
