About this Event
This Galentine’s Day, we’re redefining self-love.
Not as affirmations or surface-level positivity—but as a felt, embodied experience in the nervous system and the body.
This ceremony is an invitation into sisterhood, presence, and truth. Through breathwork, mindful movement, mirror work, and somatic practices, we’ll create space to slow down, feel deeply, and reconnect with ourselves in a way that’s rarely offered in everyday life.
When women come together with intention, regulation, and openness, something powerful happens:
we remember who we are—without comparison, performance, or masks.
It’s event is about meeting yourself fully and allowing love to arise naturally from that place.
What You’ll Experience
• Guided breathwork to regulate the nervous system and access deeper emotional awareness
• Mindful, intuitive movement to reconnect with the body
• Somatic practices to release stored tension and cultivate safety within
• Mirror work to soften self-judgment and deepen self-connection
• A held, intentional sisterhood space rooted in presence and respect
No experience necessary. All practices are gentle, trauma-informed, and guided.
Who This Is For
This ceremony is for you if you:
• Crave deeper connection—with yourself and other women
• Feel disconnected from your body or emotions
• Want to cultivate real self-love beyond mindset work
• Are ready to slow down and feel rather than perform
• Value depth, safety, and intentional community
This space prioritizes presence over performance, depth over distraction, and embodiment over surface-level practices.
✨ This is a sober, sacred space. All who identify as women are welcome, no experience needed — just come as you are, ready to move, feel, and connect.
