This Galentine’s Day, raise a glass and build something beautiful—together! Gather your besties and join us at The Betty for an exclusive Charcuterie-Making Class filled with cheese, creativity, and cocktails.
In this 1–2 hour interactive experience, you’ll learn how to craft the ultimate charcuterie board—the kind of spread that deserves its own spotlight. Join us on Saturday, February 7, with two sessions available at 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM.
Together, we’ll explore:

🍇 Why balance, pairing, and presentation matter
🎨 How to style and fold ingredients for that perfect, photo-worthy finish
We’ll provide all the premium cheeses, cured meats, fresh accompaniments, boards, and utensils you need. By the end of the class, you’ll leave with your own beautiful, medium-sized charcuterie board to enjoy with your crew—or keep all to yourself.
As a bonus, sip on our specialty Valentine’s Day cocktails while you craft your masterpiece, and snap some photos at our festive photo op wall in the Willow Garden to capture the fun.
