An opulent celebration is in store at the historic Elora Mill Hotel & Spa on Sunday, March 8, 2026. Show your support and help shape the future of Canada's culinary scene!We're thrilled to have the Elora Mill, a one-of-a-kind destination and one of Canada’s premiere Hotels, back again this year as our generous venue partner. The stunning venue will set the stage for an evening of wonderful food created by a culinary dream team comprised of the School's Chef Instructors, the graduating Class of 2026, and the talented Elora Mill team.
The evening will include:
-Bubbly + Hors d’Oeuvres
-An exquisite three course Dinner* with curated wines
-Exciting Silent + Live Auction of unique items and experiences. In person bids only!

With your Gala Ticket purchase, guests may reserve overnight accommodation at the luxurious Elora Mill at special reduced rates. Let us know if you'd like to add a second night! Very limited availability.
