About this Event
Merseyside is synonymous with great singing and we are excited to showcase a special evening of pop, gospel, soul and musical theatre to raise money for the Clatterbridge Cancer Charity.
Our glittering Gala Concert for Clatterbridge will feature four of the best contemporary choirs and some very special guests. From Formby High School, we welcome the stunning G:Force Gospel Choir - our award-winning community ensemble showcasing their infectious energy and our school choir Voiceworks, bringing the pop & musical theatre favour to a new generation.
We also welcome our friends and collaborators, the Liverpool Show Choir with their powerful harmonies, West End favorites, and pop classics. Finally, we have the new kids on the block, the Sefton Voice Collective, featuring some of the best 14-19 year old singers from across Sefton.
The sedond half of the evening will feature some brand new choral collabs and some very special guest voices - super-talented, soulful sisters Dominique and Marietta Daly, and local singer Matt Strong.
The is the only dedicated charity supporting patients and life-saving research at The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre. Your support funds vital innovations, medical equipment, and life-changing care across Merseyside and Cheshire. It's highly likely that we all know someone who has received treatment and care by the amazing Clatterbridge Team and we are thrilled to be in a position to host this event and raise value funds for this really special cause.
Our Gala Concert will take place in the spectacular Ballroom at the historic Prince of Wales Hotel in Southport and we are grateful for the support of the hotel events team in aking this event possible. We are thanks Scott and the team at Moonlight Events for their technical support too.
