Auld Mullingar- An Irish inspired Manhattan. GullyTown Double Barrel Aged Malt Whiskey is the left hook in this boozy combo. Notes of chai, oak, vanilla, and red wine.
Seán Collins- An Irish inspired Tom Collins: a classic build-in that pays homage to the wild berries that dot the bushes in the Mountains of County Wicklow. Notes of lemon, black current, lavender, and quinine all built on the solid foundation of our Builders Botanical Gin.
The Hare- This whiskey sour pays homage to traditional Irish music. The strum of the mandolin, the turn of the fiddle and the bang of the bodhrán springs the Irish soul from its melancholy and into a state of joy. This cocktail boast notes of yuzu lemon, elderflower & honey all while our Sons of Erin 10-year Irish Whiskey keeps time.
