G3 Offseason Training Program (Tuesdays/ Thursday) 6:30 - 7:30 or 7:30-8:30

The G3 Athletic Training Program is a power packed mix of physical activity, athletic & position knowledge, and performance building which every athlete needs. We also place emphasis on safety and injury prevention.

Program starts Tuesday December 10, 2024 - Thursday December 19, 2024 (Tuesday & Thursday 6:30 - 7:30pm or 7:30 - 8:30pm)
