Förderung von Black Empowerment in Deutschland: Eine Bestandsaufnahme

Liebe Schwarze, afrodiasporische und afrikanische Communitys, liebe Engagierte in Organisationen, Initiativen und Netzwerken,

wir laden euch herzlich ein zur Vorstellung der Ergebnisse unserer Studie zu Förder- und Finanzierungsrealitäten Schwarzer, afrodiasporischer und afrikanischer Organisationen, Initiativen und Netzwerke in Deutschland.

Neben der Veröffentlichung der Ergebnisse findet eine Podiumsdiskussion mit verschiedenen Akteur*innen aus dem Feld statt. Ergänzend gibt es Thementische zur gezielten Vernetzung, um Wissen und Erfahrungen miteinander zu teilen. Die Studie ist ein Kooperationsprojekt von zedela und EOTO e. V. und wird im Rahmen des Kooperationsverbunds gegen Rassismus im Bundesprogramm „Demokratie leben!“ (Programmbereich „Entwicklung einer bundeszentralen Infrastruktur“) gefördert.

Für unser Vormittagsprogramm bieten wir zusätzlich einen Livestream an, damit auch Personen teilnehmen können, die nicht vor Ort sein können. Bitte gebt im Anmeldeformular an, ob ihr vor Ort teilnehmt oder euch per Livestream zuschalten möchtet.

Dear Black, Afro-diasporic, and African communities, Dear activists and organizers in organizations, initiatives, and networks,

We warmly invite you to the presentation of our study on the funding and financing realities of Black, Afro-diasporic, and African organizations, initiatives, and networks in Germany.

This study is grounded in the trust, time, and shared knowledge of many people working, organizing, and creating within Black, Afro-diasporic, and African communities. It not only highlights how funding systems exclude, but also how much is already being built, sustained, and carried forward – often under precarious conditions and without institutional recognition.

With this event, we want to return the results to where they belong: into the hands of those who question structures, build alternatives, and hold space every day. It offers room for exchange, collective learning, skill-sharing, and solidarity-based networking.

For our morning programme, we will also offer a livestream so that people can take part even if they cannot attend in person. Please indicate in the registration form whether you will attend on site or join via livestream.

Wir können für Personen, die außerhalb von Berlin leben und aufgrund mangelnder finanzieller Ressourcen nicht zur Veranstaltung fahren können, die Fahrtkosten anteilig erstatten. Bitte beantwortet dafür – und für weitere Hinweise dazu – die entsprechende Frage im Anmeldeformular.
