Participants will complete a fun and challenging three-part fitness rotation:
ā±ļøā¢ 15 minutes Kickboxing at Farrellās Extreme Bodyshaping East Peoria
ā±ļøā¢ 15 minutes Fitness Court circuit workout at Fon Du Lac Park District
šāāļøāā”ļøā¢ 1 mile run on the park trail
Participants will park at the Fon Du Lac Park District parking lot and check in there upon arrival. The event will begin across the street at Farrellās Extreme Bodyshaping. Volunteers will be present to assist participants with safe crossing between locations.
Registration Levels:
š Sprint ā $40
Complete the course one time
ā¢ 15 min Kickboxing
ā¢ 15 min Fitness Court
ā¢ 1 mile run
š Olympic ā $60
Complete the rotation two consecutive times
15 min Kickboxing ā 15 min Fitness Court ā 1 mile run
15 min Kickboxing ā 15 min Fitness Court ā 1 mile run
š Ironman ā $80
Complete the rotation three consecutive times
Event Waves
Waves will begin at 7:00 AM, with the final wave starting at 12:00 PM.
Participants will be assigned to waves based on:
ā¢ Registration level
ā¢ Your 1-mile run time
ā¢ Requests to participate with friends (we will do our best to accommodate!)
Please be sure to include your T-shirt size and estimated mile time when registering.
