Your Hosts
Colleen McCrann, founder of Sunday Sounds Good, a community initiative bringing people together through wellness, creativity, and connection. As a yoga teacher and breathwork facilitator, she is passionate about creating spaces where people can slow down, express themselves, and feel supported. Through The Feel Good Club, Colleen curates events that blend movement, art, and community as a reminder of the simple joy of feeling good, together.
Faranak Ghorbani, Registered Clinical Counsellor in Art Therap
With a background in Psychology (BA) and Counselling Psychology & Art Therapy (MA), Faranak brings over a decade of education and exprience to her work. Faranak offers individual and group therapy for children, youth, and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, life transitions, grief, and more. She facilitates monthly community art therapy workshops to foster connection and belonging.
Morgan Terpsma, Certified Yoga and Sound Healer
Morgan is a movement and energy alchemist guiding others back into harmony through sound, breath, and embodied presence. Rooted in a lineage of sound healing passed down from her auntโwho trained in Tibet under a 3rd-generation master and later continued her studies in LondonโMorgan carries this wisdom forward with devotion and innovation.
Blending ancient healing instruments with somatic and embodiment practices, she creates immersive sound journeys that calm the nervous system, unlock stored emotion, and reconnect you to your inner rhythm. Her sessions arenโt just heardโthey are felt through the bones, the breath, and the heartbeat. Each experience is designed to hold you deeply, reset you from the inside out, and rekindle your life force.
