About this Event
Most women in their 30s and 40s aren’t thinking about what life will feel like after 60. When you’re focused on building a career, raising kids, or just getting through busy weeks, it’s easy to push health to the side.
But here’s the truth: the habits you prioritize (or don’t) now will determine whether your body supports you later in life.
At Enhancing Life Personal Training, we run a gym that specializes in working with people over 50. A big part of what we do is helping them gain back independence, improve quality of life, and reverse the predictable outcomes that happen when skeletal muscle is lost and certain habits are ignored.
It’s heartbreaking to see how much harder it is to reverse these issues in your 60s and 70s, when abilities have already started slipping away.
In this workshop, you’ll learn the 3 things women in their 30s and 40s should prioritize now so that decades from now you can:
- Travel the world without being held back by pain or fatigue.
- Keep up with kids, and later, grandkids—running, playing, and fully participating in their lives.
- Stay active, independent, and able to enjoy retirement without being limited by chronic disease or frailty.
You’ll walk away with practical, applicable steps you can start using immediately. We’ll also leave time for Q&A, so you can ask questions about your own situation.
Because the reality is: in your 20s, 30s, and even 40s, you rarely think about what life will look like when you’re older. You don’t imagine being left behind on a family trip, unable to hike, walk long distances, or join the fun. You don’t picture struggling to keep up with your grandchildren. You don’t think about whether retirement will be full of adventure, or weighed down by chronic pain.
This workshop is your chance to change that. To learn what actually matters for long-term health, strength, and independence.
