Join us for an open house on the future of Savannah’s Railroad District. On Monday, May 4, the City of Savannah will host a drop-in open house with a scheduled presentation to engage the community on the future of the Railroad District, including the City-owned land at Tricentennial Park.
The Railroad District includes City-owned property along Louisville Road west of Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard.
During this session, the City will share updated findings from the ongoing Economic & Land Use Study, including the latest approach to site planning, land use, and other key considerations.
Building on feedback shared by residents during the previous open house held on February 18, the City and its team have carefully considered community input alongside market and feasibility factors to shape a revised plan.
This open house is an opportunity to learn more, ask questions, and stay engaged in the future of this important area of Savannah.
