In case you're not able to make it to the New Moon Event this month, don't worry, I'm doing a similar event under the Full Moon.The event will begin with a basic meditation to get nice and relaxed, followed by three rounds of Breathwork, then a guided meditation with music, focusing on attracting the life we want.
Event runs from 11:00 to 1:00, Sunday, 31 May (date tbc). Doors open at 11:00 and the session runs from 11:30 to 12:30, with 30 minutes at the end to continue to integrate and relax as needed.
Please bring a thick yoga mat (or two normal ones) to lie on. A "gravity chair" is also good, and there are chairs there if desired.
A blanket is also recommended as the room can be cool. And it's important to stay hydrated before, and especially after, a breathwork session and sound bath, so water or tea is also a good idea.
Feel free to bring a pillow and bolster for your head and knees. Be as comfortable as you can be. This is your time to relax and recharge.
The hall is located at 106 Greenwich Rd. It's a wonderful place, quiet, lots of windows, and great energy.
Cost is any cash donation. I host these events to provide a safe and sacred space for people to help them on their healing journey. All are welcome.
