This is an opportunity to attend a one-of-a-kind permanent exhibition & collaboration centre in the making. A space dedicated to Passivhaus & low carbon construction principles, sustainable innovation, and smart eco-living. Housed within the iconic Masson Mills in Matlock, the showroom spans four floors of one of Britain’s most historic industrial buildings.

Once home to Sir Richard Arkwright’s revolutionary water-powered cotton mill of 1783, this Grade II* listed site now stands at the forefront of a new kind of revolution in sustainable living. Powered by hydroelectricity and steeped in heritage, Home by Milestone brings together some of the UK’s leading brands in renewable energy, low-carbon construction, and smart home technology under one roof.

The visit is for builders, architects, investors and anyone passionate about sustainability and the future of building. Get a pre opening visit and a chance to have your say on the deveopment of the UK's first Passivhaus Centre of Excellence and Collaboration Hub. The day will include, networking, 2 hours of CPD on Passivhaus principles and MVHR, tour of the Mill and of course the obligatory free lunch!
