Fusion Cuisine is a Santa Cruz California band that performs music of the Jazz Rock Fusion genre inspired by Funk and Rock as well as African and Middle Eastern influences. Benjamin Bording, guitarist, has toured the world with Zydeco legend Queen Ida and others. Jonathan Kessler, bassist, has performed throughout California and the Santa Cruz area with bands like Funkranomicon and Pawn Shop Soul. Rob Borella, drummer, has held down the groove for notable bands in the area for decades and currently performs with Love Creek and Jianna and the Cruisers as well as Fusion Cuisine.
