Celebrate love, diversity, and acceptance while raising money for an amazing cause in a unique and vibrant atmosphere. Join us on Sat Jun 21, 2025 at 2:00 PM at 710 Poland Ave, New Orleans, Louisiana for an unforgettable event filled with music, food, and of course, poolside fun!

This is an event for Furries, members of the queer community and our friends of every color, gender (or lack thereof) and orientation. Fursuiting is encouraged (just remeber to keep them dry!)

**IMPORTANT PLEASE READ**

This is a clothing mandatory event

In order to make this event accessible to the wider community, clothes and bathingsuits must be worn at all times by all attendees

Pre Party Orientation
All attendees must attend a mandatory half hour orientation to familiarize yourself with the rules and culture around all Furball events and The Railyard NOLA's unique trans and body positive space.

There will be multiple online orientations conducted over video chat during May and June leading up to the event. Links and reminders will be sent to your emails beginning in early May.

All attendees must attend one of these orientations. Any guest that does not will be refused entry and turned away without a refund. This is to make sure we everyone knows how to respect eachother in this one of a kind space.

Alcohol and Over Intoxication

This event is BYOB! All alcohol must be marked with your name. Alcohol is not permitted to be consumed by anyone under the age of 21. We will be checking IDs at the door to make sure you're given the right wristband!

We also want folks to enjoy our events and live their best lives, but please know your limits! If you're intoxicated to the point of being a danger to yourself or others you'll be given a warning and asked to chill out in our lounge space. We also reserve the right to remove any attendees who continue to create a hazard within the space.

Violations and removal

NOLA Furball Society is comitted to creating safe spaces for the Furry and LGBTQIA+ communities to express themselves freely and without judgement. In order to do this we maintain a zero tolerance policy towards sexual harassment, racism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, and body shaming. Any attendee that engages in this kind of behavior will be immediately removed without refund.

We also reserve the right to refuse sale of tickets to anyone who has been previously banned from a Furball Society, Krewe of Awoux or Louisiana Furs event.

We're looking for volunteer door people and pool monitors as well as a set up and tear down crew. Shifts are 2 hours long and all volunteers get free entry to the rest of the event! Reach out to charliewolf180@gmail.com if you're interested!
