He was born on June 7, 1958, and the number 7 was important to him-we will celebrate his life and music with a beautiful belly dance show next June 2025.
Join us for a night of belly dance featuring performances from our favorite raq and roll hits from the 70s, 80s, and 90s, including songs from Prince's career, including his work with The Revolution and The New Power Generation.
Featuring local Belly Dance performers- Karla Marie and members of the Shimmy Shakti Troupe, as well as Special Guest Performances by Belly Dancers from all over the Gulf Coast (Baton Rouge, Lafayette, Mississippi, and Texas)!
