Come along and celebrate the beginning of Summer 2025 by investing in yourself !
An evening social event on the beach for people in bigger bodies to come together, move their bodies, practice self care and love in a body positive space on the beautiful North East Coast.
**Mindful Movement**
Gentle flowing stretches, mobilisation and somatic movement but together in a flowing sequence. Suitable for all bodies and abilities (can be participated seated if you are not confident standing/moving on sand)
**Sea Dip (for those who wish to participate)
**Meditation**
Sit around the fire and meditate your cares away! Let go of negativity and breath in your positive, calm surroundings of nature! Take home new ways of relaxing and tuning in with your body.
**Music & socializing**
At FUPA Fantastic we believe in celebrating life now! Every body deserves love, care and respect and that includes bigger bodies! So invest in yourself , fill the cup you pour from and not only will you see your life change but those who are around you will feel the benefit.
