A dance class that takes you on an exhilarating journey through the best music and hottest dance moves of each decade! Plus a flare of our signature dance styles including, but not limited to, Go-Go, Bellydance, Afro-Fusion, Twerk and more!
Get ready to break a sweat, groove to iconic beats, and energize your body and mind in this unique fusion of dance and fitness through the decades.
✨We created the DREAM dance class experience we have always wanted! Get dressed up, dance, vibe and have fun like you're in the club without the hassle!
?Class Format: The class is structured to offer a high-energy, full-body workout that seamlessly integrates dance and fitness elements. Each session spans different decades, starting from Disco Fever in the 70s all the way to the latest hits of today.
✅Who Can Join?
We welcome all levels of dancers and fitness enthusiasts. While the classes will be faster paced to keep the energy up, our main goal is to have fun!! If you are good at following along and love dancing, this class is for you!

✅ What To Wear & Bring
We encourage you to get dressed up in theme! Wear whatever athletic attire feels good and comfortable for you. You can wear shoes or go barefoot. Bring a yoga mat if you’d like to for our warm ups and occasional floor work. Bring hydration, any snacks or "treats" you may want to get your groove on!

Jan. 26th | 70s - Disco Fever and Funky Grooves: Funky beats and flashy moves inspired by the Disco Era!
Feb. 9th | 80s - Aerobics and MTV Vibes: Enter the era of leg warmers, neon colors, and MTV.
Feb. 23rd | 90s - Hip Hop & Pop: Need we say more!
March 8th | 2000s - The Naughty Aughts: We are gonna get Hot & Spicy! Bring knee pads!
March 29th | Present Day - Global Groove: Wrap up the session featuring the hottest global hits and dance trends.
