About this Event
?Class Format: The class is structured to offer a high-energy, full-body workout that seamlessly integrates dance and fitness elements. Each session spans different decades, starting from Disco Fever in the 70s all the way to the latest hits of today.
✅Who Can Join?
We welcome all levels of dancers and fitness enthusiasts. While the classes will be faster paced to keep the energy up, our main goal is to have fun!! If you are good at following along and love dancing, this class is for you!

✅ What To Wear & Bring
We encourage you to get dressed up in theme! Wear whatever athletic attire feels good and comfortable for you. You can wear shoes or go barefoot. Bring a yoga mat if you’d like to for our warm ups and occasional floor work. Bring hydration, any snacks or "treats" you may want to get your groove on!
