🎭 WHAT IS PAINTERLY PORTRAITS?
Painterly Portraits is a playful, low-pressure paint night where perfection is not the goal — expression, connection and a good giggle are.
This is not a serious art class.
This is an evening designed to help you switch off, loosen up and paint people, not masterpieces.
You’ll be guided step-by-step to create a simple, painterly portrait of:
• 💕 your partner
• 👯 your bestie
• 🪞 or yourself (yes, solo painters are very welcome)
Bold shapes. Block-colour backgrounds. A little wonkiness.
If it looks “interesting”… you’re doing it right.
🎨 HOW THE NIGHT FLOWS
We’ll keep things relaxed and friendly:
1. A gentle warm-up to shake off perfectionism
2. Clear, easy guidance from me (with lots of reassurance)
3. Plenty of time to paint, chat, laugh and sip your drink
4. Everyone leaves with a finished portrait they’re oddly proud of
No pressure. No comparisons. No “talent” required.
